1. Measure and lay out: Before the formwork is supported, the constructor needs to set out the line around each shear wall and column according to the requirements of the drawings, and draw each axis, control line and shear wall edge. Then weld on the edge line of the component section and the section control line. The inner section control line of the shear wall needs to be set at a distance greater than 600mm, and it needs to be set at a position of about 6cm on the top of the plate to ensure that there are two columns in each direction of the column. welding wire.
2. Scaffolding tower installation: As the support system of the formwork, the scaffolding is the premise of laying the formwork.
3. Beam bottom formwork support: When the beam bottom formwork is supported, limit fasteners must be set on both sides, and both ends of the same span must be set, and a limit fastener is set every two small cross bars in the middle. After completion, the formwork is laid.
4. Beam side formwork support: In the beam side formwork support, it is necessary to use the tension screw or "wood clamp" to reinforce. During operation, if the beam height exceeds 600mm and the side beam side formwork, it is necessary to Reinforce the pull screw.
5. Plate formwork support: After the formwork is laid, it is necessary to check the elevation and flatness of the formwork surface by pulling the line on the elevation line and the diagonal line. Usually, a 500mm diagonal line is required for inspection.
6. Wall column formwork support: When supporting the external wall formwork, it is necessary to hang down 200mm. After the wall formwork is completed on one side, the formwork limit bar needs to be set on the reinforced wall panel, which is generally placed in a plum blossom shape every 450mm. , It is worth noting that three layers are encrypted on both sides of the formwork joint, one at the top plate, and two in the middle. The wall plate between the beam and the wall uses steel pipes to clamp the beam and the wall as a whole to prevent the wall and beam from being misaligned.
7. Reinforcement of formwork: The reinforcement of external wall columns needs to be in the form of pulling and roofing, and the reinforcement points are embedded on the floor. At the junction between the upper and lower columns (walls), add locking screws. The locking screws are 100mm away from the horizontal construction joints of the wall columns, and the spacing is not greater than 750 mm. There should not be less than 2 locking screws on each side.
When the formwork tower is completed, it is necessary to check the quality of the formwork construction, so that the errors are all within the allowable range.
